Daulat Ki Chaat

Daulat ki Chaat is a creamy souffle with dry fruits on top. It’s a cold, sweet dessert found exclusively in Chandni Chowk. We’re guessing this isn’t what you had in mind when you heard the word “chaat.” It’s totally different and amazing.

Chole Bhature
